-- Israel and Middle East --

Jul01.2013
And so it goes; the cancer grows.  Like a malignancy, Israel taking over the West Bank

June was a busy, busy month for all those apartheid iJews ripping into Palestine.  More than 100 attacks recorded by the Palestinian Information Center.  Here is a more comprehensive list of iJew attacks on Palestinians, back to Mar.2102.

Kate over at Mondoweiss has posted this eye-popping list of articles from Jun regarding Israel's apparently unstoppable destruction of Palestine.

So-called Area C was established by the Oslo Accords as Palestinian land under Israeli control. This is about 70% of the West Bank.  In 1972 there were 1000 iJews there.  Today there are more than 300,000, and Israel is pushing to incorporate it, thereby making it a formal part of Israel.  The iJews have been slowly taking over Area C, just like a malignant cancer, by wiping the Palestinians out one family, one village, one town at a time.  Here are some excerpts from Kate's compilation:

  •  Economy Minister Naftali Bennett, in the midst of Kerrys attempts to start the stalled peace talks, reiterated his plan to annex all of Area C to the Israeli state, bringing with it the 350,000 some odd settlers as well as 62% of land of the West Bank.
  • The High Court of Justice is due to consider again the states demand to annul a 13-year-old temporary injunction granted to farmers of the South Hebron Hills and allowing the expulsion of some 1,300 Palestinians from their homes. The land is needed, the state explains, to allow the IDF to train in the area declared as Firing Zone 918.

  • Citizens in the Negev in the 1948-occupied territories announced an open strike in the schools of Wadi Naim village in protest at the Israeli authorities intention to move the schools to another nearby village. The procedure aims to pressure the village's population (14 thousand people), to leave their lands and move to the village of Shaqib al-Salam (Segev Shalom).

  • In the Wadi al-Hussein area of Hebron, Israeli occupation forces have started to build a new road 'for military purposes'. The route of the road is from the illegal settlement of Kiryat Arba towards the city centre, directly across Palestinian-owned land. A military order has decreed the construction of this road, four metres wide and more than two hundred metres long, cutting through fields of olive and fruit trees owned by the Palestinian families living there.

  • Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settlements in the northern West Bank, said residents of Bracha and Yitzhar settlements torched Palestinian fields, leading to clashes with locals. He said Israeli soldiers intervened and fired tear gas and plastic-coated bullets at Palestinian residents and their homes

  • The Ahrar Center for Detainees Studies and Human Rights have reported that Israeli soldiers kidnapped 1790 Palestinians in the first six months of this year, including 300 who were kidnapped in June, and added that 16 Palestinians have also been shot and killed by Israeli military fire in six months. The Ahrar Center said that dozens of women, children, elderly, legislators, intellectuals and journalists were among the kidnapped.

  • In the early hours of the morning on the 27th June hundreds of Israeli army and police of the occupation forces invaded Nablus where they arrested people, destroyed homes and shot teargas and sound bombs all through the night. The army remained in Nablus terrorising the population from 1.30am till 6.00am, when they eventually withdrew, forcibly taking three people whose families were left to repair their homes after they had been sacked by the army.

Fortunately, somebody is keeping a record of all of the Israeli atrocities.  Occupied Palestine is keeping a weekly list, dating back to March 2011.

And so it goes; the cancer grows.
