Courageous San Antonio cop, Joshua Kehm, face-slams 12-yo girl
into a brick walkway, gets paid vacation

My money is on the girl getting a very nice settlement and the cop being
moved to another jurisdiction, sort of like the pervert priests do

My San Antonio is reporting (with video) that a SA pig named Joshua Kehm picked up a 12-yo girl and slammed her face-first into a brick sidewalk and then cuffed her.  The video leaves no doubt what happened after the cop got his hands on her.

As is almost always the case in police brutality cases, Kehm scored a paid holiday while his union steps in and tries to spin his use of disproportionate force to try and make it look like self-defense, or she was reaching for her waistband, or the poor widdle cop was in fear for his life.

Please view the YT vid to get the views number up [at 10,600 as of 5:30pm PDT] and to educate yourself about the way cops are trained in America.

Here's a comment I left at EmptyWheel this morning regarding a goofed up  Guardian article by Jana Kasperkevic on the Panama Papers.

Some mothers are too stupid to be mothers

Cherish Perrywinkle

It  only takes a functioning uterus and a sperm donor to be a mother, but, perhaps, out of concern for all children's well-being,  the law should require a minimal IQ as well.  Ditto for dads, of course, but the fact is that children are more than 2x more likely to die at the hands of their mothers and as a result their mothers' negligence.

Here are two cases that have come to light this week that make the point -- young girls being raped, and in one case murdered, as a direct result of their mothers' flagrant, fatal stupidity.

Case #1.  The DailyMail reports that in Vernal, UT, a 9-yo girl was gang raped by four Neanderthals -- Larson RonDeau, Josiag RonDeau, Jerry Flatlip, and Randall Flatlip -- while the girl's mother was out back smoking meth.  Hopefully there is a place in Hell (and the Utah prison system) for maternal incompetence of this shocking degree that leads to harm or death of children.

Speaking of . . .

Case #2.  Multiple news sources report that in 2013 8-yo Cherish Perrywinkle was abducted from a Jacksonville, FL, Walmart, raped, and murdered by a convicted sex offender named Donald Smith

Smith, a complete stranger, came up to the mother, Rayne Perrywinkle, and offered to buy her and her daughters hamburgers and he wanted Cherish to go with him to help bring the burgers back.  Incredible as it sounds to any sane person, this mother actually instructed the 8-yo to go with the stranger.  The videos of them walking through the store and out the door are absolutely heart-breaking, given what happened.

During the 911 call the mother actually says: “I'm hoping he's not raping her right now,” a sobbing Perrywinkle told the 911 operator. “She's supposed to go to California in the morning on a plane."

WTF???  The woman was worried that a trip to California would be cancelled because the kid was getting raped?

Ironically, Perrywinkle is reported to be in a custody fight with her ex.  Unless he has the IQ of a marshmallow and a history of violence or child abuse/endangerment, then this tragedy should seal the deal with respect to who gets custody of the surviving children.  The question remains as to whether Rayne Perrywinkle should be busted for child endangerment.  I don't see that mentioned in the press.
