What would we do with
America's war criminals
if they were to be tried and convicted?
overwhelming mountain of evidence supports the case for hanging Iraq War
II mass murderers Bush, Cheney, Powell, Rumsfeld, Rice, Feith,
Wolfowitz et al. for the destruction of Iraq and the deaths of
hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, which continues to this day.
Exhibit "A" would be Seymour
Hersh's 2004 book Chain of Command. Thirteen years later
I am still shocked by Hersh's revelations of the feculent elements of the
Bush Administration that demanded war with Iraq, and got it.
Exhibit "B" would be CNN's Arwa
reporting from Mosul late last year and early this year in which
she makes very real the terrors and losses everyday Middle Eastern
families have suffered, and continue to suffer, as a result of the
neocon's malicious stupidity that has destroyed the relative peace and
stability throughout the Middle East.
Idea for discussion: Better than hanging
those responsible for these war crimes, put them in a common cage in Abu
Ghraib and force them to watch Damon's video 24/7 for the rest of
their lives while guarded by perverts like Chas. Garner and Lynndie
England. Send a message to
the next generation of America's would-be war criminals. How else do we
end war crimes if not by punishing the perpetrators?
